Warranty and Warranty Period. RedTrailers.com, Inc. warrants to the original consumer purchaser ("You") that the product will be free from defects in material or workmanship for one year from the date of Your retail purchase (the "Warranty"). RedTrailers.com, Inc. makes no other warranties. If the Product does not comply with the Warranty, RedTrailers.com, Inc. will replace the Product without charge and within a reasonable time or, at RedTrailers.com Inc.'s option, otherwise refund the purchase price.
Limitations on the Warranty. The Warranty does not cover the following: (a) normal wear and tear; (b) service or labor charges incurred in removing or replacing any Product; (c) the finish on a Product; (d) a Product that has been damaged through abuse, neglect, misuse, or as a result of any accident or in any other manner; (e) a Product which is misapplied, overloaded, or improperly installed; and (f) a Product altered in any manner by anyone other than RedTrailers.com, Inc.
Obligations of purchaser. To obtain the benefits of the Warranty, You must present the defective Product and proof of purchase to RedTrailers.com, Inc., P.O. Box 377, Quakertown, PA 18951 or any of its branches, distributors, or authorized dealers within 13 months from the date of your retail purchase. Any returned Product that is replaced or refunded becomes the property of RedTrailers.com, Inc.
Legal rights. This Warranty gives You specific legal rights, and You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON ANY PRODUCT SHALL BE LIMITED TO ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF RETAIL PURCHASE BY YOU. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Remedy Limits. Replacement of the Product or refund in the manner provided above is Your exclusive remedy and shall constitute fulfillment of all liabilities of RedTrailers.com, Inc. to You whether based on contract or otherwise. RedTrailers.com, Inc. shall not be liable or assume responsibility for the loss of use of any vehicle, loss of time, rental of vehicles, loss or damage to personal property, expenses such as gasoline, telephone, lodging, or towing, or any other incidental or consequential damages incurred as a result of the use or ownership of any Product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to You. Any of the above remedy limitations shall be inoperative to the extent they are not permitted by applicable state law.

Return Policy

Return Policy. Within 30 days of purchase, any Product (except trailers, stake side kits, and diamond plate flooring), can be returned for a 100% refund, excluding shipping costs. A 25% restocking fee will be charged on Products that were purchased with "free shipping" included. There will be no restocking fees on other Products, except when a Product is returned used or with missing or damaged parts.
Prompt Refund. RedTrailers.com, Inc. will issue a credit to your account within 10 business days of receiving the returned Product. RedTrailers.com, Inc. will notify You of the refund via email, so please be sure to provide us with a valid email address. All shipping and handling costs and applicable restocking fees will be deducted from the credit.
Return Process. In order to return any Product, You must first call customer service at 215-538-1155 for an RGA number. The RGA number must be placed on or inside the return package. It is Your responsibility to ship the Product back to RedTrailers.com, Inc. at Your expense. It is recommended that You insure and/or track the return package in order to provide proof of delivery.
Missing or Damaged Parts. If You receive your product with any damaged or missing parts, You will have up to 5 days from the time you receive them to report the problem to RedTrailers.com, Inc. by calling 215-538-1155 or by emailing customerservice@redtrailers.com. RedTrailers.com, Inc. will only ship out one shipment to You for any missing or damaged parts, so be sure to note all missing or damaged parts before contacting RedTrailers.com, Inc.
Assembled Trailers - Cancellation Policy. RedTrailers.com, Inc. offers trailer assembly service at an additional cost. If You order an assembled trailer, then cancel the order after it has been assembled, RedTrailers.com Inc. will refund only the cost of the trailer. Assembly charges are non-refundable.
